Local Delivery
Our standard delivery charge is £5. We deliver in Caernarfon, Llanrug, Bontnewydd, Waunfawr, Y Felinheli, Bethel, Bangor and Llanberis. For other villages or if you would like same day delivery, please phone 07789437162
Gift Deliveries
Order by 12 noon for next day delivery, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays excluded. We cannot guarantee a set delivery time as our driver goes via the most efficient route on the day. If you have a specific time request please note this in the "notes to seller" at the checkout and we will endeavour to accommodate you.
If the recipient is out when we deliver we will try a neighbour, leave in a safe place or in the last instance contact yourself or the recipient.
Funeral Flowers
Please allow 3 working days when ordering online. Please include both date and time of the funeral when ordering. We recommend delivery to the Funeral directors. We are then able to confirm details with them and ensure that the items are delivered at the suitable time.
Should you choose to have flowers delivered to a residential address, the flowers will be delivered no later than 2 hours prior to the requested time. If on arrival there is no reply, flowers will be left on the doorstep, weather permitting, or left with a neighbour.
Once designs have been delivered our service will be complete. We will not be held responsible for the care or arrival of flowers to the funeral beyond this point.
National Delivery
If you'd like flowers delivered a bit further afield, I'd recommend searching for a florist in the area that youwould like flowers to be delivered. Alternatively, the link below will take you to Direct2Florist. They'll do the work of finding a local florist for a small service charge.
